I’m so glad to see you here. Let me tell you a little about myself and The Little Breathing Space.
I am The Mindful Menopause Coach who trained as a neuroscientist and worked for 25 years in the corporate world. I left the business world to pursue a deeper calling to start bringing more mindfulness into menopause. To date I have taught thousands of women from around the world the skills of adopting a positive approach to menopause.
I combine my deep psychological understanding and my training in mindfulness meditation. Along with background in 3rd age womens health, nutrition and food as medicine. And my passion and creativity to coach mid-life women to discover their own life purpose and transform their menopause transition. I thrive on helping women make positive change in their lives. I do this through helping them to free themselves from self limiting habits and beliefs. Encouraging them to develop the confidence and courage needed to take bold action. In short, my mission is to help mid-life women flourish.
Apart from coaching, I trained a range of other modalities which have enriched my practice and enabled me to help women with diverse challenges. My writing and work have been featured in the Daily Mail, the SBS, International Therapist, Women’s Health & Fitness.

I am a mother of a wonderful 21-year-old son. And have faced many of challenges that come with juggling a career a family and living in 24/7 demanding world.
Spending a lot of time trying to please a lot of people was normal. This left me simply feeling anxious, guilty, inadequate, tired and sometimes overwhelmed with life. I fell into a pattern of work, eat and sleep. Unclear about what truly mattered to me. Simply living on auto-pilot, my self-awareness dialed way down.
A job crisis woke me up. It made me aware that to start to really thrive in my life I needed to slow down. That I needed to take responsibility for my choices and actions in life. Rather than feeling like a victim to my life. I had to learn how to say no to those things and people that didn’t align to what brings joy, meaning, and purpose to my life. Most of all I needed to find some self-compassion and practice self-care
I found the courage to face up to my debt and the toxic dating, to set new boundaries for myself. No more auto-pilot. By practicing forgiving myself. By practicing loving and caring for myself I began to set myself free to start a new chapter in my life.
I retrained in mindfulness with Breathworks.Then became iRest Yoga Nidra teacher and a menopause coach with an additional diploma in food a medicine and mid-life women’s health. On that journey, I became very aware of how a positive lifestyle combined with a positive mindset are the keys to thriving through menopause.
My passion is inspiring and supporting women to have the knowledge and the skills to overcome their menopause challenges. I help them adopt positive healthy lifestyles around diet, sleep and stress management. As well as cultivating greater self-love so they transition with greater ease. And build the foundations for a post-menopausal life that is full of zest!!
