Having returned from 3 weeks away with limited access to my phone. I’ve become aware of how much I look at my phone during a typical day. Checking emails, scrolling Facebook and more. I’ve felt during this break more engaged with the world around me. I had better conversations and lost the neck pain that comes from staring down at screens.

 

According to a recent study, we tend to check our phones 150 times a day.  It has been reported that one in four people check their phone “every 30 minutes, 1 in 5 people every 10 minutes.”
